Paraffinic Type

KD P oil is paraffinic process oil, suitably refined for chemical process with rubber. As for the chemical composition, paraffinic side chains account for more than 50% of the entire carbon contents. It has stable color against light and heat and thus can be an optimal process oil for light and white color products, which are  vulnerable for discoloration. This type has greater volatility than aromatic oil and naphthenic-based oil, and shows strong resistance to contamination and high cold tolerance. It can, therefore, be used for almost all purposes of mixtures, including natural rubber , SBR and BR, as well as for shoes production. It is also used for vulcanized rubber which has low  exothermic properties.
